• Minimum Age requirements are strictly enforced and ensure proper insurance protection. All renters who allow an underage driver will be fined $2,500 and their rental will be immediately canceled

Drivers License: United States

• Every driver is required to be listed on the rental agreement and provide a VALID and NON-EXPIRED drivers license with the name matching EXACTLY the name on the rental agreement.

  • Note: International Drivers Licenses are accepted.

Insurance

• Every driver is required to have an active car insurance policy before driving one of our rental vehicles.

• Each driver is required to provide their own car insurance that covers any liability claim up to $100k/$300k/$50k and has full comprehensive & collision coverage with a maximum $1,000 deductible.

  • Note: Your insurance policy still requires Comp/Collision coverage even if you decide to purchase an optional insurance upgrade.

Upgrade Options

• Supplemental Liability Insurance - $99

• Protects against any bodily injury incurred during your rental period up to the combined value of $1,000,000 for any passenger or passerby regardless of who is at fault.

• Property Waiver Damage - $99

• Protects against any damages up to a $3,500 (based on the actual cost of repair).

• If the damage exceeds $3,500 and results in an insurance claim, this will act as a deductible waiver.

• Protects against common damages up to a specified limit including curbed wheels, windshield cracks, minor scuffs/scratches, etc.

  • Note: If damages exceed the specified limit and results in an insurance claim, this will act as a deductible waiver.

• Tire Protection - $49

• Covers cost of tire replacement, tow charges, and loss of rental time up to $1,000.

  • Note: Tire replacement can take up to several hours depending on the location of incident, traffic conditions, and availability.

• Mechanical Breakdown Coverage - $99

• Covers cost of Mechanical Parts due to wear and tear, tow charges, and loss of rental time up to $1,000.

  • Note: Does NOT cover mechanical failure due to customer mis-use or gross negligence operating the vehicle. You are fully responsible for your own actions while operating a Knight Exotics Cars vehicle.

• Prepaid Fuel Credit - $99

• Allows you to return the vehicle without needing to refuel beforehand.

  • Note: ALL vehicles (including auto/moto cycles) require 91 OCTANE RATING fuel. Anyone caught using lower quality fuel will be fined $2,500 and responsible for any subsequent damages resulting from improper fuel.

Are there any security deposits?

• No. Minor scuffs and scrapes (which are relatively inexpensive to repair) are billed to you directly on the  payment card you use to make the reservation or would also be covered under a full coverage insurance policy*.
  *Supplemental Damage Waivers are available as well.

How does it work?

• Easy. Pick a car, pay for the rental, show proof of insurance and enjoy.

Is there a military discount?​

• Yes. All US military personnel (active and retired) receive 5% off. Thank you for serving our country!

What is the refund policy?

• All cancellations, regardless of reason, will receive NO refunds. However, unused credit can be rebooked to a Royalty gift card. We strictly adhere to this policy.*Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive will be allowed to transfer their rental to different, safer time slot based on availability. 

• Absolutely no refunds are given to impaired drivers at our full discretion. Safety of others is our top priority.

Are there any group discounts?

• Yes. We have corporate event packages available upon request for reservations of 6 rentals or more.

Are there hourly rentals?

• Yes. The minimum rental period is 4 hours. The maximum rental period is 7 days. Need to rent a car for more than 7 days? Let us know.

Are there penalties for late returns?

• Yes. Returning a rental after the specified time results in a $250 late fee plus proration amount.

Can tall people fit comfortably in an exotic car?
 

• Yes. (up to 6'2", depending on the vehicle) A common misconception in the exotic car world is that tall people cannot fit comfortably behind the wheel. All of our cars can fit persons as tall as 6'2" (depending on the vehicle)

Do you accept walk-ins?
 

• Yes. Although, cars are generally booked weeks in advance.
